Texting and driving? How about at a stop sign? Think again!

Think you can use your cellphone while stopped at a red light?  Think again! Under New York’s Cell Phone Law, as changed in late 2013, you can get a ticket for using your cellphone while stopped at a red light or stop sign.  That means calling, texting, surfing, etc., etc.  This probably also means you can’t even check the time on your cellphone while stopped at a red light!  The penalty, besides the fees? 5 points!!!!!!
